I have been blessed to discover my calling, my ikigai!

My calling is to create an ecosystem for passionate leaders who don’t want to be mediocre; leaders who will challenge to disrupt the status quo, and create a better world for us.

That’s why a few years ago, I began the journey to create our Simply Agile Community.

The leaders in our community will shape the next 20 years of agile.

Agile alone will not be enough to treat the dysfunction and build a better future of work; that’s why the Trinity of Simply Agile is Selfcare, Leadership, and yes Agile.

You may call it a calling, purpose, ikigai – these are just different words to try to explain the essence of the same meaning.

Most people meander through their entire life on auto-pilot, without being intentional about discovering their calling.
