• Stop Comparing Your Life to Someone Else's

Social media can make it look like everyone

      Is winning except you

Someone is getting married. Someone just bought a car. Someone is travelling. Someone got a new job. Someone launched a business. Someone seems to have the perfect relationship.

And suddenly, you're looking at your own life and wondering, “Am I behind?”

But here's something we often forget: you're comparing your everyday reality to somebody else's highlights.

You don't know the struggles behind that picture. You don't know the conversations they had before that success. You don't know how long they've been working toward what you're seeing today.

Your journey doesn't become less valuable because someone else's journey appears to be further ahead.

Maybe you're not where you want to be yet. That's okay.

Instead of asking, “Why am I not there?”, try asking yourself:

“What can I do today to get a little closer to where I want to be?”

      Little progress is still progress.

Your life doesn't have to look like somebody else's for it to be meaningful.

      Let's talk:

Have you ever caught yourself comparing your life to someone else's because of what you saw online?
