This Friday, CCF will be a Lean Coffee session with Coach Nelson
There is no fixed presentation.
Instead, the conversation starts with you.
Bring a question, challenge, idea, or topic you think we should talk about. The community will vote on what feels most relevant, and Coach Nelson will guide us through the topics that rise to the top.
You can bring questions around things like:
- Career direction
- Job searching
- Workplace challenges
- Agile
- Leadership
- Confidence
- Visibility
- Communication
- Professional growth
The goal is simple: have the conversations people actually need.
There will also be a raffle draw, and one lucky attendee will receive a special surprise.

Today we tackled a range of topics: from financial health and asset protection to personal branding and AI!
Felicia shared critical insights on the importance of having a will to protect our assets and families.
Celine shared a fascinating perspective on using AI as a daily tool alongside her work as a chef, and
Aisha challenged us to ditch the social media “fake life” in favor of true authenticity and taking pride in our real growth.
Practical tips shared on building a personal brand by becoming known as someone who solves specific problems for others.
The biggest takeaway?
Faithfulness in the small things!
Esther anchored us with Luke 16:10, and Victor introduced the powerful concept of the “backside of blessing.”
Character development and accountability in our current, seemingly smaller roles are the exact preparation we need to handle the larger resources and opportunities coming our way.
Growth is about trusting the process, not taking shortcuts!
