I’m a senior benefits and total rewards professional with over 15 years of progressive experience designing and operating enterprise-level programs in high-growth tech. My work spans health and welfare, retirement, leave of absence, ERISA governance, and global wellbeing — and I bring both strategic vision and deep operational discipline to every role.

I approach benefits as both a science and a craft: the science is compliance, data, and governance; the craft is building programs that employees trust so completely they never have to think about them.
